Introduction
Introduce sensitization resin as flexible printing plate. It is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing paper packing bag for good, supermarket handbag, vest bag and clothes bag,etc.

Main Features & Advantages
1. The frame adopt 75MM thick wall,full casting flat plate,increase the scale and so on to enhance the stability.
2. The printing roller is made of thickened steel bars, with 10 silk thick hard chrome protective layer.
3. The aluminum alloy guide wheel,with hard oxidation,dynamic balance,static balance treatment.
4. High-precision wider synchronous belt drive,low noise while high speed running,low vibration,makes machine more stable.
5. The plate roller gear,adopts special helical gear transmission.Each tooth 5MM, more stable printing effect,and more accurate printing length.

Printing Part
Closed chamber: to make speed faster and the ink never splashs.
Ceramic anilox roller to make the finished samples more colorful and accurate.
Synchronous belt to make little noise to improve the speed and better color register to save waste.
Four sets ink pumps , controlled by ink motor , the ink is circulating , it will never dry.
Transferring Part
Drying part:
The oven length is 2.5 meters , all printing groups are heat air circulating.
